Ask Hesalio
Ask about your own records, in English or Kiswahili. Answers use your current figures, and it cannot send, pay, approve or match anything. Two things it can do for you: if you ask it to chase a customer or reorder stock, it only prepares that for your approval in Controlled automation below, and if you tell it a customer has promised to pay on a date, it records that promise (you can cancel it on the same page).

Customers who will not get reminders
Pause automatic reminders to one customer, for example while you sort something out with them. Invoices and everything else carry on as normal.
Promises to pay
When a customer gives you a date, log it here. Reminders for that invoice wait until the day after it, and the cash forecast uses the date instead of how late they usually pay. A customer who pays in parts is fine: record each payment on the invoice, and a promise of an amount is kept once that much has arrived. Hesalio never marks anything paid: the promise is settled when the payment is booked.
Are the reminders working?
WhatsApp reminders
Optional. A customer is reminded on WhatsApp only after they have agreed to it, and you record that here. Hesalio sends only a fixed, pre-approved message, and a customer can stop it any time by replying STOP. A customer who has not agreed keeps getting email (or nothing, if you choose WhatsApp only).

Before you prepare a VAT return: bills with no supplier eTIMS invoice (KRA may disallow the input VAT), sales KRA has not accepted, and why records are still unverified. This only reads your records; it changes and sends nothing.
