Reads your documentsReceipts, invoices and purchase documents are read for you, sorted into categories and checked for anything that looks off, so you do not retype them.
Knows when it is unsureEvery reading shows how confident Hesalio is. Anything below the bar goes to a person on the Hesalio team before it counts.
Ask about your businessAsk "who owes me money?", "how old are those debts?" or "were sales up on last month?", then follow up with "which is the biggest?", in English or Kiswahili. Hesalio works the figures out from your records, explains any warning in plain language, and checks every answer: one that contains a number it cannot find in them is sent back to be corrected once, and if it still does not match you see the plain figures instead.
Capture by chatOn WhatsApp, type "paid Wanjiku 5,000 for transport", send a voice note or a receipt photo. Hesalio drafts the expense, tells you what it saved and offers Undo.
Prepares the routine workAsk it to chase a customer or restock an item and it prepares a reminder or a draft purchase order, then links you to it for approval. Low-risk tasks such as payment reminders run on their own only if an owner switches that on.
Reminders in your customer's languageOptional and off until you switch it on: payment reminders can be worded in English, Kiswahili or Sheng. AI-written wording always waits for a person to read it before it is sent.
Learns from your correctionsFix a category on a scanned record and Hesalio remembers it next time, for your business only. Owners and admins can see everything it has kept and remove any of it.
Shows its own track recordOwners and admins can see how often its suggestions were accepted, and whether a person or Hesalio's own checks decided. Percentages appear only after enough decisions to mean something.
You stay in controlPayments and tax filings always need a person's approval. AI is optional on every plan, it learns only from your own business, and if your AI allowance runs out your documents are still processed.
