The foundation

More than a stored document: a checked record of what happened.

Tax filing, trade, insights and sharing with banks all use the same thing: the Verified Business Record. Here is what one looks like.

Why this matters

One record, entered once, used everywhere.

Hesalio isn't just storage for paperwork. One event, such as a supplier selling you goods, you paying, the goods arriving and tax becoming due, is recorded once and used everywhere, instead of being retyped into five systems.

In plain words

What a Verified Business Record means.

What is in oneThe document itself, the details Hesalio read from it, the checks it passed, who confirmed it and when. Everything that happened to it is listed in its history.
What "verified" meansHesalio read it and every check passed, or a person confirmed it: someone on your team, or the Hesalio team when a record looked doubtful. Each record shows which.
If something is wrongYou correct it. The original is kept, the correction becomes a new record, and the history shows both. Nothing is silently overwritten. If you fix a category on a scanned record, Hesalio remembers it for your business next time.
What it connects toYour stock, invoices, bills, payments, payroll, books and tax filings all draw on the same record, so they always agree.
Who sees itYou and your team, by role. A bank or other institution sees only what you approve.
Where to see yoursOpen Records after you sign in. Every record has a timeline and shows its review status.

Records are the foundation. See what is built on them: inventory, sales and payments, purchasing and books and payroll.
