These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Hesalio platform, operated by Baraplex. By creating an account or using Hesalio, you agree to these terms. Last updated: November 2026.
Your accountYou're responsible for the accuracy of business records you submit and for keeping your account credentials secure.
Acceptable useHesalio may not be used for unlawful activity, to submit fraudulent records, or to circumvent platform security controls.
Plans & billingPaid plans are billed as described on our Pricing page; details are confirmed at signup and may be changed with notice.
Payments & refundsYou can pay for a plan by M-Pesa phone prompt or card, which Paystack processes, or by paying outside Hesalio and reporting the payment code for us to verify. A payment counts once it is confirmed. Refund requests are reviewed by Hesalio staff, are returned through the same provider where possible, and can never exceed what was paid. If a payment or refund is delayed or its result is unclear, we check it with the provider before acting, so it can take longer than usual.
Service availabilityWe aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform.
Intellectual propertyHesalio and its content, branding and platform technology remain the property of Baraplex.
TerminationEither party may terminate the account relationship; certain compliance and record-keeping obligations may survive termination.
