Your records
Downgrading or letting a plan lapse never deletes anything, and you can always export your records.
Your control
AI in Hesalio reads your documents, explains warnings in plain language, answers questions about your own records and prepares routine work, such as payment reminders, for you to approve. For payments out, Hesalio first uses counting and built-in rules, and asks AI only about lines those cannot place; those AI calls use your AI allowance. A person still presses Record. AI is optional on every plan. It never moves money, files tax or changes your financial records on its own, and if your AI allowance runs out the document is still processed.

What counts as a processed document?+
A document counts once it has been read successfully and turned into a record. Failed or interrupted runs are never charged, retrying a failed document is free, and uploading the same file twice never creates a second charge.
Is the Free plan really free?+
Yes. No card needed. You get 5 documents a month, checked records, basic invoicing and basic reports, for as long as you like.
Can I change plans?+
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the rest of your current billing cycle. Downgrades between paid plans are scheduled to take effect at the end of your current cycle, so you keep what you've already paid for. Moving from a paid plan down to Free isn't self-serve yet, so contact us and we'll sort it out. If you're above a lower plan's limits, you can't add more until you're back under them.
What happens when I reach my document limit?+
Your allowance resets at the start of each billing cycle. If you need more within a cycle, you can add a document pack or move up a plan — nothing you've already processed is affected.
What happens if my subscription expires?+
Your account becomes read-only. Your records stay safe and you can still export them, but you can't add new activity until you renew or pick a plan.
Can I add more staff?+
Each plan includes a set number of staff accounts — 1 on Free and Essential, 5 on Growth, 15 on Scale, and a negotiated number on Enterprise. Moving to a higher plan raises the limit.
Can I manage multiple businesses?+
Free, Essential and Growth cover one business. Scale covers up to five businesses and their branches. Enterprise is set up for as many as you need.
Can a bank or lender see my records?+
Only if you agree. Sharing with banks and lenders is available from Scale upward, and each grant covers only the records you choose and ends on a date you set.
Can I cancel?+
Yes, any time. You keep full access until the end of the period you've paid for. After that your account becomes read-only and you can still export everything.
