Trade

Follow every trade from supplier to buyer.

A trade is a chain: a supplier, a purchase, a shipment, customs, a warehouse, a sale. Click any step in the example below to see what it holds.

Example only. The supplier, shipment, customs entry and pharmacy below are made up. They aren't live data, and the lines between them aren't connections to carriers, customs or banks. Open the Trade desk to see the chain for your own trades.

Guangzhou Pharma Supplies Co. (example)

  • Purchase order #PO-3391 — KSh 1.2M
  • 3 prior shipments, all cleared
  • Payment terms: 30% deposit, 70% on shipment

How it works

Scattered paperwork is the problem, not the business.

Every step of a shipment already creates its own paperwork. Hesalio links what you record about a trade into one chain: the partner, the deal and its status, customs figures, ledger entries and stock received. You see the whole picture in one place. It doesn't pull data from carriers, customs systems or banks, so each step is only as complete as what you've recorded.

Who it is for

If you import, export or distribute.

What you recordThe supplier, the purchase, the shipment, the customs figures and the stock you receive. You add them as they happen.
What you getOne chain per trade, with its status, its costs and its payments, linked to your stock and your books.
What it is notIt does not connect to carriers or customs systems. It organises what you record, so nothing is lost between emails, spreadsheets and folders.
