Farms and agribusiness

From inputs bought to produce sold, in one record.

Hesalio keeps what you buy for the farm, what you store and sell, who pays you and what the tax office expects, so the season’s numbers are ready when the bank or an auditor asks.

What it covers

Season after season.

01

Inputs and produce as stock

Seed, fertiliser, feed and produce by store, with batch numbers and dates that also suit lots of produce, and counts that show what is really there.

02

Buying and selling

Supplier bills and purchase orders for inputs, quotes and invoices for buyers, part payments, and M-Pesa and bank payments matched to the sale. Withholding tax is tracked when a large buyer holds some back.

03

Exports

Imports and exports are followed as trades from supplier to buyer, with the documents and costs kept against each one.

04

Equipment, seasonal pay and cash

Tractors and equipment in a fixed-asset register with depreciation, payroll for permanent and seasonal staff, and a cash forecast so a slow month does not surprise you.
