Pharmacies and clinics

Licences, stock and inspections, in one place.

Keep your PPB licences, supplier checks, quarantine, recalls, storage logs and inspection records with the rest of your business records.

Four layers

Start with licences. Add the rest as you grow.

Each plan adds the next layer, so a small pharmacy is not asked to run what a group of branches needs.

Every plan, including Free

Licences and renewals

Your premises, practitioners and annual licences, with full history.

  • Who is assigned where, with their documents.
  • Each renewal has its own record: the steps, the fee, the PPB reference you were given and what came back.
  • Dates and reminders go to your team by email. The calendar can be added to the one on your phone.

Essential and above

Supplier and product checks

PPB numbers kept on the suppliers and products you already have.

  • The PPB licence number of each supplier and the PPB registration number of each product.
  • A history of every check you recorded: how, when and what you looked at.
  • Orders are read against these when they are placed. A hold someone accepts is kept in a register with the reason.
  • Import and export them as a spreadsheet.

Growth and above

Goods receipt, quarantine, recalls and storage

Know what arrived, what is on hold and what needs attention.

  • Batch number and expiry are captured when goods arrive. An exception stays open until a person closes it with a reason.
  • Put units in quarantine so they cannot be sold or moved.
  • When a recall comes in, find the matching batches, hold the stock and get the list of customers to contact.
  • Record temperature readings for each storage place against limits you set. Any excursion stays visible until it is dealt with.

Quarantine and recalls also need Inventory turned on.

Scale

Inspection readiness

Your own registers, checks and findings, gathered when you need them.

  • Registers you keep, checklists for your own checks, inspections with their findings, and corrective actions with owners and dates.
  • Packs that gather your records for a period. A pack can carry a short plain-words summary of what stands out, built from the facts in it.
  • Entries and completed inspections are never changed. A mistake is put right by a later entry that says why.

A summary never says you meet PPB’s requirements.

On your dashboard

What needs attention, at a glance.

One card shows your next licence dates. Below them are the units in quarantine and anything still open. Each line opens the right part of the PPB page.

Search for quarantine, recall, temperature or inspection from anywhere in Hesalio and it takes you there.

Plain about the limits

What Hesalio does not do.

It never says PPB confirmedHesalio does not confirm a licence, a supplier or a product on PPB's behalf. A check is one you recorded yourself or, where Hesalio has it switched on, what PPB's public pages showed when Hesalio read them, with its source and date. A read that fails is shown as could not check, never as not found.
It does not file with PPBA renewal record is your own record of the steps, the fee and the reference you were given. Nothing is sent to PPB from Hesalio.
The limits are yoursStorage limits, holds and checklists are the ones your business sets. Hesalio shows what you recorded against them and never says PPB approved something.
Independent of PPBPPB is the Pharmacy and Poisons Board. Hesalio is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Board.

Free for licences. More as you add branches and stock.

Licences and renewals are on every plan. Supplier and product checks start on Essential, goods receipt, quarantine, recalls and storage logs on Growth, and inspection readiness on Scale. Enterprise is set by contract.
