Hardware and building supplies

Know what is on the shelf, what is owed and what to reorder.

Hesalio keeps your stock by branch and store, the bills your suppliers send, the orders you place and the invoices you issue on one checked record.

What it covers

From the supplier’s delivery to the customer’s invoice.

It is built for a business with thousands of small items, several suppliers and customers who buy on credit.

01

Stock by branch and bin

Every item with its quantity at each branch or warehouse, and a bin location so the cement is not searched for twice.

  • Move stock between sites with a transfer order that is received at the other end.
  • Count stock and apply the differences with a reason.
  • Read a barcode or SKU from a label to count or find an item.

02

Suppliers, orders and price creep

Set reorder levels for each site and draft purchase orders from what is running low.

  • Supplier bills are captured from a photo or a file.
  • When a supplier’s price rises well above what you have paid before, you are told before you place the order.
  • It is advice only and never blocks you.

03

Credit customers and tax invoices

Quotes and orders for contractors, invoices with eTIMS, and part payments, so an invoice shows its balance. M-Pesa and bank payments are matched to the invoice they belong to, and a person confirms anything unsure.

04

Books, VAT and payroll

Accounts and reports, the tax calendar for VAT, PAYE and the rest, withholding tax when a large customer holds some back, and payroll for the counter and yard staff.

Apps to switch on

Choose only what you use.

  • Inventory
  • Purchase orders
  • Bills
  • Invoicing
  • Quotes & orders
  • Match payments
  • eTIMS e-Invoicing

Hesalio asks a few questions when you sign up and turns on the apps that fit. You can change them any time on the Apps page, and your team sees only the apps their role allows.

Plain about the limits

What Hesalio does not do.

It is not a tillThere is no cashier screen or cash drawer. Over-the-counter sales are recorded as invoices or imported from a point-of-sale system you already use, through an endpoint that system gives you.
It does not move moneyHesalio records payments and matches them. It does not collect from customers or pay suppliers for you.
It is not KRA or a suppliereTIMS invoices are sent to KRA from your records, but Hesalio is not affiliated with KRA. Prices and stock come from what you enter.

Start small and add as you grow.

Which features you get depends on your plan. Hesalio serves more kinds of business than the ones listed on the industries page.
