Logistics and transport

Invoice every job, know what it cost and what is still unpaid.

Hesalio keeps the money side of a transport or freight business: the invoices you raise, the fuel, repairs and fees you pay, the vehicles you own and the people you employ.

What it covers

The business behind the trucks.

01

Invoicing and getting paid

Quotes and invoices with eTIMS, part payments, and M-Pesa and bank payments matched to the invoice. Large clients who withhold tax are handled in the withholding register.

02

Shipments as trades

Imports and exports are followed as trades from supplier to buyer, with the parties, documents and costs kept against each one.

03

Running costs by branch

Fuel, repairs, tolls and fees captured as bills and tagged to a depot or department, so each location’s costs show up in the reports.

04

Vehicles, drivers and tax

Vehicles in a fixed-asset register with monthly depreciation, payroll for drivers and office staff, and the tax calendar for PAYE and VAT.
