Wholesale and distribution

From the warehouse to the customer’s payment.

Hesalio keeps stock across warehouses and shops, the orders customers place, the credit you extend and the imports that refill your shelves.

What it covers

Stock, orders and credit together.

01

Warehouses, bins and transfers

Warehouses and branches with bin locations, transfer orders that are received step by step, batch and expiry, stock counts and ABC classification.

02

Quotes, orders and credit

Quotes become orders and then invoices with eTIMS. Part payments leave a balance, and M-Pesa and bank payments are matched to the invoice.

03

Reorders and suppliers

Reorder levels per site, lead times, purchase orders drafted for the site that is short, and a warning when a supplier’s price creeps up.

04

Imports and tax

Imports followed as trades from supplier to warehouse, withholding tax when large customers hold some back, VAT and the rest of the tax calendar.
